Yoga Yeronga offers an authentic yoga practice in classes, which are holistic, well-grounded and thorough in approach, respecting the body, breath, senses, mind and heart.

A caring, nurturing environment is created in small classes.
You’ll be shown how to:

● balance movement and stillness of body and mind;

Improving the quality of daily life on physical and emotional levels, Maxine invites you to practice Yoga as an integration of body, mind and spirit.
‘I have been practising Ashtanga Yoga consistently since 1992 under the guidance of Graeme Northfield and Iain Clark, both exceptional practitioners and teachers certified by the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Mysore India.’
In 2004 Maxine completed a three-year teacher training course with Iain Clark, at Ashtanga Yoga Shala Brisbane. She is currently a fully registered senior Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Yoga Yeronga Studio
Located on the south side of Brisbane, only 7 kilometres from the CBD.
The venue is a small private studio in Yeerongpilly, surrounded by garden, near Yeronga Park Swimming Centre. The space is intimate, clean and well-lit with plenty of ventilation.
Classes are run following current Covid-safe government guidelines.
